Dr Chris Cleave
DCPsych, MA (Oxon), CPsychol
Chartered Psychologist, Psychotherapist
Welcome
I am a chartered psychologist and existential psychotherapist. I support individuals and I help organisations build creativity, resilience and psychological safety. I teach therapy and I write and speak about trauma and recovery.

For individual clients
I offer a warm, straightforward, and inclusive therapy where adults can explore their struggles and discover new ways forward. People come to me with mental health concerns such as anxiety, trauma, dissociation, depression, or panic. Others seek support with life challenges, including burnout, bereavement, addiction, stuckness, isolation, and fears of many kinds.

For organisations
I provide organisations with psychological tools and training to manage conflict and improve outcomes. I design and deliver training programmes, and help teams respond to the challenges of stress, change, and burnout.
